All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. ECBB reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of:
 • Incorrect pricing or product information
 • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
 • Shipping limitations to your region

Your order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation email.

We do our best to display accurate product images, descriptions, and stock availability. However, actual colors and sizes may slightly vary due to screen settings or supplier differences.

All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any item at any time without notice.

Prices are displayed in your local currency where possible and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees and customs duties (if any) are calculated at checkout.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods via Stripe.

4. Shipping & Delivery
 • Orders are processed within 3 business days.
 • Estimated delivery to the U.S. is 10 business days after dispatch.
 • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
 • Once handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred upon delivery. ECBB is not liable for delays or additional costs caused by customs processing in your country.

We accept returns for defective or damaged items. You must contact us at contact@findsova.com within 14 days of receiving your order with clear photo evidence and your order number.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method upon approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
