1. Shipping Zones
We currently ship to the United States only.
If you are located outside the U.S., we unfortunately do not deliver to your region at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days after your purchase is confirmed.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Please note:
Processing delays may occur during periods of high demand, product restocking, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 10 business days.
Please note this is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery window. Delays may occur due to carrier operations or customs clearance.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
Currently, we do not offer free shipping promotions unless explicitly stated on the product or checkout page.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number.
You can use this number to follow the status of your delivery via the carrier’s website.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
All orders are shipped from outside the United States.
Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply upon delivery and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
ECBB is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.
7. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership and responsibility pass to the customer.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:
• Please check with your local USPS office or delivery point.
• If the issue persists, contact us at contact@findsova.com with your order number. We’ll do our best to assist.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your delivery information is complete and accurate before placing your order.
ECBB is not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Re-shipping due to address errors will be at the customer’s expense.
